They are easy to handle; even small children can be at ease with these little goats. Years ago I researched a lot of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goat bloodlines. Even though there were and still are so many wonderful lines out there, I chose to breed only a couple of lines to strive for consistency. I chose a few of the old lines and Rosasharn Farm. The Nigerian Dwarf goat is a miniature dairy goat breed of West African ancestry. Originally brought to the United States on ships as food for large cats such as lions, the survivors originally lived in zoos. Nigerian Dwarf goats are popular as hobby goats due to their easy maintenance and small stature.

Because of this excess, I have renewed my pet milk license with the Indiana State Chemist office (Indiana License #270829). I now have raw Nigerian Dwarf milk (running 6-8% butterfat) available fresh or frozen NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
